- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging required when possible
- Proof of purchase necessary
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Fan Favorites items (unless defective or incorrect)
All other items in our Clothing, Accessories, Collections, and Gifts categories are eligible for return.

Exchange Process
