Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hats and Fan Favorites items unless they are defective or incorrect. All other items in our Clothing, Accessories, Collections, and Gifts categories are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
